Chill & Chamber starts from a single premise printed on its homepage — "You're not sleeping badly. You're sleeping hot" — and treats overheating at night as a heat-transfer problem with a handful of fixable causes, usually cheaper than the mattress you were about to buy. It covers the full cooling-bedding stack: cooling sheets, cooling pillows and pillowcases, cooling blankets and weighted blankets, cooling mattress toppers, cooling mattresses, and whole bed-cooling systems — each product labelled with the physical mechanism it uses to move heat and ranked within a cost tier, with the standing advice to "start at the top of this list, not the bottom," the cheapest fix first.

Its defining decision is stated plainly: it tests nothing. "Everyone in this category tells you they tested twenty mattresses in a sleep lab.
